Dog Control Orders (Legal Notice)
HARTLEPOOL BOROUGH COUNCIL
THE CLEAN NEIGHBOURHOODS AND ENVIRONMENT ACT 2005
The Dog Control Orders (Prescribed Offences and Penalties, etc.) Regulations 2006 Notice is hereby given that on the 9th December 2008 the Council made the following Dog Control Orders:
1. The Dogs Exclusion (Borough of Hartlepool) Order 2008.
2. The Dogs on Leads (Borough of Hartlepool) Order 2008
3. The Dogs on Leads by Direction (Borough of Hartlepool) Order 2008
4. The Dogs (Specified Maximum) (Borough of Hartlepool) Order 2008
5. The Fouling of Land by Dogs (Borough of Hartlepool) Order 2008
The Orders come into force on 31st December 2008 and may be inspected at the office of Craig Thelwell, Neighbourhood Action Manager, Neighbourhood Services at 1 Church Street, Hartlepool, where copies of the Orders may be obtained.
