Archive Meetings and Minutes

In this section agendas, reports and minutes are available for meetings dating back to October 2005. If you wish to have access to any meeting papers prior to this date please e-mail the Democratic Services Team (click here to e-mail) stating your request. If those items are available electronically and are not restricted, we may be able to e-mail them to you.

Some records, however, may only be available in paper form which will need to be retrieved from the Council's archive. You will need to make an appointment to come and view those documents at the Civic Centre, Hartlepool. It is important to note that in accordance with the Local Government Act 1972, the Council is only required to retain the supporting documents (agendas and reports) to a meeting for six years. Minutes of meetings are required to be kept in perpetuity.
