Civic Centre Access Restrictions

VISITORS to Hartlepool Civic Centre and the adjoining Law Courts are advised that essential repair work will start shortly at the front entrance to the building. From next week (w/c 6th February)

  • Drop in facilities for Heroin users
  • Access to personal care facilities
  • A cup of tea and a chat

Room 2

Discussion and support for ex users:

  • Mondays - martial arts/3D art sculpture
  • Tuesdays - various training and crafts/activities
  • Thursdays - personal development including lunch
  • Fridays - single gender work 
We also act as advocates for clients and will accompany them to appointments, etc.
