Civic Centre Access Restrictions
VISITORS to Hartlepool Civic Centre and the adjoining Law Courts are advised that essential repair work will start shortly at the front entrance to the building. From next week (w/c 6th February)
Drug Action Team
Child and Mental Health Service (C.A.M.H.S)
Three main areas of work:
- Assessment and treatment of children and young people 0 - 18 years of age with mental health problems.
- Advice, support and consultation for family members, carers and workers from health, social services, educational and voluntary agencies.
- Promotion of positive mental health in children and young people.
- Referral process - this is through G.P.'s but also from other health professionals, social services and educational psychologist.
Tees and North East Yorkshire NHS provide CAMHS. There are four locality teams plus adolescent in-patient unit, deliberate self harm and eating disorder team.
