Drug Action Team

Connexions is a holistic service which aims to offer advice, guidance, information and support on any issues which young people may encounter. This is done through a personal adviser and, in some circumstances, referral to more specialist partner agencies.

The Connexions service works in partnership with a range of other providers of services to young people to ensure that suitable, relevant and correct information and support is available to young people, when and where they need it.

The Connexions service is available to young people through drop-in self-referral or referral from another agency.  The service is available through a number of access points, these include:

• A number of community based outreach settings
