Culture, Leisure and Community Learning Partnership
Up until July 2011 there was a Theme Partnership which focussed on Culture, Leisure & Community Learning. This group brought together the key private, public sector and voluntary sector agencies involved in the planning and provision of cultural business and services and community learning for the 18 plus age group. Its aim was to "Create a cultural identity for Hartlepool which attracts people to Hartlepool and makes us proud to live and work here" and to also "Enable all individuals, groups & organisations to achieve their full potential through equal access to the highest quality education, lifelong learning and training opportunities."
