Pride in Hartlepool
The Pride In Hartlepool Campaign - What is it?
Pride in Hartlepool is an environmental campaign based within the Regeneration & Neighbourhoods Department of Hartlepool Borough Council. The aim of the campaign is to "Engage the community in improving and valuing Hartlepool's built and natural environment."
To fulfil this aim, Pride in Hartlepool works with many different groups across Hartlepool, including schools, businesses, residents' associations and community groups. We help the community to tackle the environmental issues that affect them.
The next few pages explain how Pride in Hartlepool is working to achieve this aim. To make the pages easier to navigate we have combined all our campaigns and initiatives into groups under five new headings. These pages have information on all the long running campaigns like Adopt a Plot, as well as some new ones.
