We deal with anti-social behaviour and hate incident complaints.
We believe that the people of Hartlepool have the right to live their lives free from harassment, alarm or distress.
It is our goal to work effectively with the public and our partner agencies to deal with the factors that affect the quality of life of residents through prevention, diversion, support and enforcement.
