Mental Health: Outline
Assessment of need & a range of services for people with mental health problems & their carers are available through Social Services. This is an integrated service with NHS services. The Local Implementation team leads joint planning for care services in line with the National Service Framework.
Crisis Resolution and Access Team: Tel: 01429 285858 24hrs, 7 days a week, including public holidays. Between 9:00am and 9:00pm people can refer themselves or be referred by a professional.
During office hours people will be seen in their own home. Between 9:00pm and 9:00am people cannot refer themselves they must be referred by Mental Health Matters Helpline or be referred by a professional. At these time people will be seen at University Hospital of Hartlepool.
