The Hartlepool Support Hub is your first point of contact for information, advice and support if you or someone you care for needs a little extra help to live well and independently.

- support you to live a good life and do the things that are important to you

Information and advice
We’ll help you understand your options and signpost you to the right services and support.
Community connections
We can connect you with local groups, clubs and activities that match your interests.
Wellbeing service
Our wellbeing service offers supervised activities and exercise sessions to help manage long-term health conditions. Options include:
- group water-based therapy
- circuit-based sessions
- one-to-one personalised support
We also have MOTOmed cycles at our main hubs that are suitable for all abilities including wheelchair users.
Supported internship programmes
We coordinate two supported internship programmes:
- Project Search
- Valuing Individuality Programme (VIP)
These programmes support young adults with additional needs to gain independence, employment or volunteering opportunities.
