Services for people with both sight and hearing loss or impairment

If you are living with both sight and hearing loss, there are services in Hartlepool that can support you and your family. This includes help with communication, mobility, and daily living skills.

We provide a specialist service for people of all ages who have been assessed as eligible for support. Help may include:

  • mobility: support to help you get around safely and confidently
  • communication: skills and tools to help you read, write, and stay connected
  • daily living skills: practical support with everyday tasks like preparing meals or making drinks
