Once your building regulation application has been approved or accepted, you must book site inspections to be carried out at key stages of your project.
When to book an inspection
We will let you know which key stages of your building work require an inspection. These identified key stage inspections must be booked by you or your builder to ensure your work complies with building regulations.
How to book

You must notify us before each required key stage inspection. Please ensure that you give us at least 24 hours notice for your inspection.
Our Registered Building Inspectors carry out site inspections between 9am and 12pm (excluding weekends and public holidays).
