Hartlepool children’s disability register
You can register your child or young person on Hartlepool’s disability register if they live in Hartlepool, are aged 0 to 18, and have a developmental delay in one or more areas. They do not need a formal diagnosis or an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) to be included. Registration is voluntary and does not affect any services or benefits you currently receive. However, it gives you and your family the opportunity to help shape local services and receive updates about activities, events and support available in Hartlepool. If your child is likely to need support into adulthood, we encourage you to register.
Your information will be processed securely in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, and used only for the purposes of managing the register and planning services. You can update your details or request removal from the register at any time.
