Complaints about adult social care

If you are unhappy with a service we provide or have arranged for you, such as home care or residential care, you can make a complaint directly to us.

If you arrange and pay for your own care:

  • you should first raise your complaint with the care provider.
  • If you are not satisfied with their response, you can contact the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman (LGSCO).
