Council Plan 2020 - 2023
In autumn last year we began looking to prepare our next Council Plan to cover the period 2020 – 2023. During September and October 2019 we heard from residents, businesses, partners, children and young people about what they felt was going well in Hartlepool, what needed to improve, what they love about Hartlepool and how they felt that the Council, residents and partners could work together to make a difference.
We have now prepared a draft Council Plan 2020-2023 which builds on what has already been achieved over the last 3 years, responds to what people told us and reflects the strategic needs that we have identified for the town. The draft Council Plan sets out our priorities for the town and how the Council will work to deliver on those priorities. As a Council we need to be clear about the future direction of our town and our organisation. We remain ambitious for the future but we need to think differently about how we achieve this.
Have your say
We want to hear your views on our draft Council Plan. We want to know:
- Do you agree with the priorities we have identified?
- Is there anything that you think is missing from the draft Council Plan?
- How we can work with residents and partners to deliver our priorities?
Consultation on the draft Council Plan 2020-2023 will be open until Friday 21 February 2020. Please send us your views either by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
