Councillor Pamela Hargreaves is the Leader of Hartlepool Borough Council and Chair of the Hartlepool Development Corporation. She has a background in business and community leadership, currently serving as Chair of Economic Growth & Regeneration Committee and a Councillor in the Manor House of Hartlepool.
Pam is owner of Water Babies Tees Valley which teaches around 2,000 babies each week throughout the area. She has worked in business all her life including leadership roles with Enterprise UK.
