Bio: Darren is the Principal and Chief Executive of Hartlepool College of Further Education.

This is a post he has held since 2013. Originally from Leicester, Darren has worked at the College and in the town since 2001. He also chairs the Hartlepool Town Deal Board as well as the Hartlepool and Tees Valley committees for the North East Chamber of Commerce.

The College plays an integral role in Hartlepool life, and this is the reason for involvement in the Hartlepool Board.
