Bio: Iain Caldwell is CEO of Let’s Connect and acting CEO of Hartlepool New Deal for Communities Trust.

He is also Director of APBA (Association of Practice Based Approach), which provides coaching and fractional CEO/COO services. Iain serves as the area-based Chair for LARCH, an initiative supporting the development of social enterprises across Hartlepool and Redcar & Cleveland and is the lead developer of Hartlepool Opportunities Partnership (HOP). Iain has extensive experience in place-based regeneration, enterprise support, and community-led initiatives. He is passionate about the town which has driven his membership on the Hartlepool Board.
