Phil Douglas is the Chief Executive for leading LGBTQIA+ arts and youth charity Curious Arts.

He has spent the past 17 years developing and delivering events, festivals and artistic projects across the North. Passionate about LGBTQIA+ culture, outdoor arts and dance. A former Artistic Director at Dance City, Phil is also a freelance culture and creative industries consultant, Clore Fellow and Trustee of charity Birkheads Wild where children build better futures for themselves using the outdoors.

Phil sits on the Local Visitor Economy Partnership Board, and he is a big fan of festivals, human rights, dogs and cake too.
