Fraudulent claims
Our service is only for stray dogs.
Please do not contact us to rehome your pet. Unfortunately, we do receive false reports from owners who no longer want their dogs.
To prevent this, we ask questions when collecting a dog to confirm it is genuinely a stray. Please do not be offended by this.
If you can no longer care for your dog, there are other options. Search online for local or national pet rehoming organisations.
If we find that you are the owner of a dog we have collected, we will return the dog to you and charge any transport or kennelling fees. We may also take enforcement action against you.
