Blocking and exclusion tools
Self-exclusion
Licensed betting shops and online gambling companies all operate exclusion schemes. Exclusion lasts for 12 months and can be done in person or via MOSES (multi operator self exclusion scheme)

Bank gambling blocks
Many UK banks offer free tools to block gambling transactions on your bank cards. Contact your bank for more information.
GAMSTOP
A free service that blocks access to all licensed UK online gambling accounts in your name. You can choose to exclude yourself for 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years.
