Tees Valley Nature Partnership (TVNP)

The Tees Valley Nature Partnership (TVNP) is a Local Nature Partnership (LNP) approved by the government in July 2012.

LNPs work at a regional level to:

  • conserve and enhance biodiversity
  • support a healthy natural environment
  • deliver social and economic benefits through nature

What the partnership does

TVNP works with local authorities and other partners to:

  • identify opportunities for habitat creation and restoration
  • support nature recovery across local authority boundaries
  • promote sustainable development and community engagement
