Maternity Services Survey
We are really interested to hear your views on how maternity services are provided in Hartlepool. If you are a new mum or expectant mum, please let us know what you think by completing this survey.
The survey will run until Wednesday 21st November 2018 and offers you the chance to voice your opinion and share your experiences of accessing maternity services in Hartlepool.

In addition, Healthwatch is currently working to find out more about people's experiences of maternity and mental health. This is the first stage of their multi-year project on mental health that will cover a range of stages throughout a person's lifetime.
As part of their call for evidence for people to share their experiences of maternity and mental health, they want to hear your views.
