Renewal of Licence

An application to renew the licence must be made no later than 28 days prior to the expiry of the existing licence.

Where, before the expiry of a licence, an application has been made for its renewal in accordance with the above, it shall remain in force even though the expiry date has passed until the withdrawal of the application or its determination by us, whichever occurs first. 

Transfer of Licence

A person may apply for the transfer of a licence at any time.

The process of applying for the transfer of a licence is the same as that for applying for an initial grant except that a plan of the premises is not required.

Variation of Licence

The holder of a sexual entertainment venue licence may apply at any time for any variation of the terms, conditions or restrictions on or subject to which the licence is held.

The process of applying for a variation is the same as that for applying for an initial grant except that a plan of the premises is not required unless the application involves structural alterations to the premises.
