Vehicle Crossing Contractors

Hartlepool Borough Council no longer provides a vehicle crossing construction service but instead offers a list of externally approved contractors as an alternative.

The works will continue to be inspected by Hartlepool Council staff to ensure that the highest standard of work is carried out and any future repairs to the vehicle crossing (after an agreed guarantee period) will be the responsibility of Hartlepool Borough Council.

The approved list of contractors is available below and it has been made available for members of the public to make their own preferred choice, as new contracts become available the list below will be updated accordingly.

Please note, a Vehicle Crossing Permit needs to be applied for by the contractor to the Council in each case and the cost of this licence is £145.
