You can ask us for an explanation of how we have worked out your benefit entitlement, request for us to look at our decision again, or appeal against the decision.
You must make your request within one month from the date we made our decision.

What to include
If you would like to appeal our decision or request a revision of the decision we have made, you should clearly state why you think the decision is wrong.
Our response
We will check our decision and advise if the original decision is correct or inform you of any changes we have made.

If you still disagree, you have the right to make an appeal to an independent tribunal.
