Monday to Friday 8.30am-3.30pm, Saturday and Sunday 10.00am-2.00pm:

Your call will be logged and the Dog Warden will endeavour to respond within 2 hours, although this wait may be longer during busy periods and holidays.
During out of hours, Monday to Friday, Weekends and Bank Holidays:
The Council does not operate an out of hours collection service. Lost/found dogs can be reported between 9am and 9pm every day to Stray Aid on 03009994247 who will take the details and pass on to the Council the next working day.
