Petroleum Storage Certificates (PSC)
Under the Petroleum (Consolidation) Regulations 2014, petroleum licences have been replaced by Petroleum Storage Certificates (PSC).
You must apply for a PSC if you store petrol at your premises. We will issue a certificate once we are satisfied that your storage arrangements meet safety requirements.
A PSC remains valid unless:
- there is a significant change to how petrol is stored
- petrol is not stored for a set period
For full details about the certification process and your responsibilities, read our Petroleum Storage Certificate (PSC) – Information for Site Operators page
