Easter library fun for youngsters

THERE’S lots of fun in store at Hartlepool’s libraries to keep youngsters happy this Easter.

A Zoolab animals session, Easter crafts, a Tees Valley Wildlife Trust craft activity and Read and Rhyme, Sing and Sign and Baby Babble sessions are just some of the activities lined up.

All the events are free unless otherwise stated. Children under eight must be accompanied by an adult and places at some of the events must be booked in advance where indicated.

Tuesday 3 April – Parent and Toddler Group, with coffee and biscuits for adults and juice and biscuits for children, 10.30am-12 noon, £2.50 per child.

Tuesday 3 April – Stories and Rhymes for the under fives – The Easter Party, 1.30pm-2.30pm.

Wednesday 4 April – Drop in Easter activity morning. Join in any time during the session. For any age. 10am-11.30am. £2 per child.

Wednesday 4 April – Baby Babble for the under twos, 1.30pm-2.30pm.

Thursday 5 April – Stories and Rhymes for the under fives – The Great Easter Egg Scramble, 10.30am-11.30am.

Monday 9 April – Stories and Rhymes for the under fives – Easter chicks and eggs, 10.30am-11.30am.

Monday 9 April – Zoolab springtime animals session, for children aged 2+ accompanied by ONE adult, 11am-12 noon. £2 per child. BOOKING ESSENTIAL.
