Hartlepool Restaurant Week returns next week and there’s a wide range of fantastic offers available.
Organised by Hartlepool Borough Council’s Economic Growth Team, it will run from Monday 20th until Sunday 26th October and a total of 26 businesses have signed up to take part.
The businesses taking part are The Place in the Park, Sheesh Mahal, Santonio Bar Restaurant, Hartlepool Golf Club, The Owl, Jackson’s Wharf, Casa Del Mar, The Flagship Restaurant, Gina’s Coven, Larry’s Lanes, The Fens, The Marine Hotel, Dilshad, Portals, Blue Valentines, Lock Gates, Wallis and Co, Limanaki Greek Restaurant, Craft Burger, No. 5 New York Pizza, Mary Lambert, Surfside Fish Restaurant, Mumbai, BIRCH Coffee Shop, Black Olive and Dhamaka.
Throughout the week, they will be offering either specific Hartlepool Restaurant Week menus or specials within their existing menu at the four price points of £5, £10, £15 or £20.
Councillor Pamela Hargreaves, Leader of Hartlepool Borough Council, said: “Hartlepool Restaurant Week is a fantastic initiative which continues to go from strength to strength. It is a great way to promote the wide and diverse range of excellent eateries that we have across the borough, and I am delighted that local businesses are so keen to get involved.”
The last time Hartlepool Restaurant Week took place – in January of this year – more than 2000 customers took advantage of the offers available.
Councillor Hargreaves added: “It would be amazing if we could top that figure because the hospitality industry in Hartlepool is so important in that it provides employment for hundreds of people.
“I would urge residents and people from further afield to take this chance to enjoy some delicious food at great prices in the knowledge that they are supporting key local businesses and the wider Hartlepool economy.”
