Hartlepool Borough Council is inviting offers to purchase a plot of land in the historic Headland area of the town.
Located to the rear of residential properties on Croft Terrace and a popular public house, the site extends to approximately 178 square metres and is being offered for sale by informal tender.
Due to its proximity to existing homes, the site's future use is restricted to parking, garden land or storage purposes (subject to any necessary planning permissions).
The successful purchaser will be required to secure planning permission, where required, before contracts are exchanged.
Tenders must be received by 12 noon on Friday 31 July and should be submitted in writing to:
"Informal tender in respect of land at Croft Terrace".
