"Our hospitality sector plays a hugely important role in the local economy, providing employment for hundreds of local people and helping to make Hartlepool a vibrant and welcoming place to live, work and visit.

"Restaurant Week gives residents and visitors a great opportunity to support local businesses while enjoying some excellent food and drink offers. It is also a valuable chance for businesses to showcase what they have to offer and reach out to new customers who may not have visited them before.
