Renovated property to be showcased at eventPublished Monday, 19th June 2017
PROSPECTIVE tenants are being invited to have a look around a once empty Hartlepool house that has been renovated and brought back into use.
The two-bedroom property in Baden Street is owned by Hartlepool Council.
An open day is to be held at the house on Thursday (June 22) from 1-5pm to enable people to view the property and talk to staff from the Council’s Housing Services team.
Christine Bartleson, Senior Housing Officer with Hartlepool Council, said: “The open day is a chance for people to come along, view the quality of the refurbishment and register their interest in renting the house. The rent is currently £76.49 a week.
“Staff will be present to offer advice and assistance and although this is the last Council-owned property available to let in Baden Street, they will also be able to provide details of similar properties elsewhere in the town.”
