The Discount Market Sale Homes (DMSH) is a form of ‘intermediate’ affordable housing. The scheme helps eligible people buy a home at a discounted price.

The scheme is designed to support people who may not otherwise be able to afford to buy a home on certain housing developments in Hartlepool.
