Notes:

For developments codes 1 to 12 (including 19, 20, 23, 24 and 25 where scales are within codes 1 to 12) these costs will include provision for a written response and a single meeting of one hour duration.
For developments codes 13 to 27 (except in cases in codes 19, 20, 23 and 24,25 where scales are within codes 1 to 12) these costs will include a written response only.

1) Any requests for additional meetings will be charged at an hourly rate of £100 per hour.
2) All fees are inclusive of VAT.
3) Fees may be reviewed 1 April annually.
4) We cannot guarantee response times. This is a discretionary service and, in times of heavy workload, or at critical times officers will need to focus on formal statutory applications / work loads, nonetheless we will try and adhere to the following.

  • aim of 20 working days to respond to minor and other developments.
  • aim of 40 working days to respond to major developments.
  • large scale major development timetable to be arranged between case officer and applicant/agent.
