National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme course advice and information

Before attending your course, please read the following guidance carefully.

NDORS course time and location

  • check your confirmation letter or email to confirm the time and location of your course
  • make sure you know whether your course is in person or online

Identification requirements

It is essential you bring Photographic Identification to the course (preferably a Photocard Driving Licence). If you do not have a Photocard Driving Licence, you must bring a passport or similar photographic means of identification. We can only accept original identification (electronic copies or photocopies cannot be accepted).

If you wear a form of Head Dress that covers your face for personal or religious reasons you will be required to remove or adjust this in private to allow our Trainer to confirm your identity.

Travel and technical preparation

  • if attending in person, allow extra time for travel in case of roadworks or delays
  • if attending online, log in early to allow time for any technical issues

If you are delayed or cannot attend

If you cannot attend your course, you must contact us in advance if possible.

Payment

Course fees must be paid at least 21 days before your course date.
