You can book a collection to recycle your small electrical items using our standard waste removal service.
This service is available to households only.
- collection of up to 3 bulky items for £26.50, or up to 6 items for £53. Concessionary rates may apply
- items must be placed outside for collection — no need to be at home

Free drop-off locations
Thanks to a campaign funded by Material Focus, you can now recycle small electrical items for free at a range of drop-off points across Hartlepool.
The Recycle Your Electricals campaign helps people across the UK reuse and recycle unwanted electricals, making the most of the valuable materials inside them.
Small electricals are items with a plug or cable that are smaller than a microwave
