How do I book activities?
Eligible families will receive an email or text message from Holiday Activities. This message includes a unique code and link to the booking system.
You can:
- use the link in your message to access the booking system
- or book online:

If you believe your child should have been identified but hasn’t, send us an enquiry online with:
- your child’s name
- your name
- their school
If your child is not eligible, you can apply to be considered for a discretionary voucher code to enable you to book free activities for your child / children over the holiday period:
Some providers offer paid spaces for children who are not eligible for free places. Contact the provider directly. You can find a list of providers in the What Hartlepool Holiday Fun period is next? section.
