Membership options
Organisations can join the scheme based on the number of employees:

| Fewer than 100 | 6 employees |
| 100 to 250 | 10 employees |
| Over 250 | All employees automatically qualify |
Casual and agency workers are excluded from eligibility.

What’s included
For £22.99 per month, members get access to:
- fitness suites at Mill House Leisure Centre, Headland Sports Centre and Brierton Sports Centre
- swimming at Mill House Leisure Centre
- over 50 fitness classes across all three sites
Memberships run for a minimum of 3 months and must be paid by direct debit. A pro-rata payment is required upfront.

Important information
- proof of employment may be required
- members must complete the full 3-month term
- a 10-day cooling-off period applies from the date of joining
- Hartlepool Borough Council may update services or pricing with 60 days’ notice
