Summary of terms and conditions

  1. Eligibility
    The Get Hartlepool Active Corporate Membership is available to employees of registered organisations that have confirmed their workforce size. The scheme is available from 1st April 2016 and requires a minimum 3-month commitment.

  2. Membership benefits
    For £22.99 per month, members receive access to:

  • fitness suites at Mill House Leisure Centre, Headland Sports Centre and Brierton Sports Centre
  • fitness classes at all three centres
  • swimming pools at Mill House Leisure Centre

  1. Payment
    Membership must be paid by monthly direct debit. A pro-rata payment is required to cover the period before the first direct debit is collected.

  2. Minimum term
    All members must complete a minimum 3-month term. If a member leaves before this period ends, we reserve the right to collect payment for the full term.
    A 10-day cooling-off period applies from the date of signing. During this time, members can cancel in writing. After this period, early cancellation will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.

  3. Proof of employment
    Members may be asked to provide proof of employment to confirm eligibility. If a member leaves their organisation, we may cancel their membership.

  4. Changes to membership
    We may change the activities, prices or services included in the membership. Members will be given 60 days’ notice of any changes.

  5. Accepted locations
    Membership is valid at:

  • Mill House Leisure Centre
  • Headland Sports Centre
  • Brierton Sports Centre
