Waiting list rules

To join the waiting list, you must:

• be a resident of Hartlepool Borough or live within 1 mile of the boundary
• be at least 18-years-old
• provide proof of address
• provide a valid email address (offers are made via email)

Additional rules:

• applications are listed in chronological order of application date for each plot.
• applications and tenancies can be in single or joint names
• tenants may only hold one allotment tenancy and cannot be a registered partner on another plot
• you must keep your contact details up to date, if we cannot reach you, you may be removed from the list
• transfers between sites are not permitted unless there are exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the Allotment Team
