How to apply for an allotment in Hartlepool

Waiting list rules
To join the waiting list, you must:
- be a resident of Hartlepool Borough or live within 1 mile of the boundary
- be at least 18-years-old
- provide proof of address
- provide a valid email address (offers are made via email)
Additional rules:
- applications are listed in chronological order of application date for each plot.
- applications and tenancies can be in single or joint names
- tenants may only hold one allotment tenancy and cannot be a registered partner on another plot
- you must keep your contact details up to date, if we cannot reach you, you may be removed from the list
- transfers between sites are not permitted unless there are exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the Allotment Team
