- Tender for Connect to Work Programme - Individual Placement Support (IPS) in Darlington, Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees and Redcar & Cleveland
Hartlepool Borough Council (the Council) has been appointed as the Lead Authority by Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) for the Connect to Work Programme. As such, the Council is responsible for ensuring successful management and delivery of the programme across Tees Valley. Connect to Work will support disabled people, people with health conditions and those with complex barriers to get into or remain in work. The contract will be delivered up to 31st March 2030. - Independent Critical Friend Service
The Hartlepool and Stockton-on-Tees Safeguarding Children Partnership (HSSCP) is seeking to work with suitably qualified and experienced individuals who can offer advice on multi-agency practice and service delivery across the whole safeguarding system, in the role of an ‘Independent Critical Friend’.
- Tender for The Crisis Resilience Fund (CRF) - Central Advice Contract
The CRF is a new national funding programme for local authorities in England and replaces the Household Support Fund (HSF) with the explicit intention of moving from short-term crisis mitigation towards prevention, financial resilience, and reduced reliance on emergency support such as food banks.
