We publish the majority of our competitive contract opportunities over £10,000 on Open along with the other north-east local authorities.
If you would like to work with us you can register on Open, free of charge. Once registered you will receive automatic alerts as new contract opportunities are published for a category/delivery area you are interested in.

Independent Critical Friend Service
The Hartlepool and Stockton-on-Tees Safeguarding Children Partnership (HSSCP) is seeking to work with suitably qualified and experienced individuals who can offer advice on multi-agency practice and service delivery across the whole safeguarding system, in the role of an ‘Independent Critical Friend’.
Suppliers interested in providing the services are required to answer all the questions in Section 3, 4 and 5 of the application form, which is available to download below,

It is envisaged that the Select List will be operational from 1st Nov 2023 until 31st Oct 2027 with the option to extend for a further 2 years subject to performance and funding.
Application onto the Select List will remain open until 31st Oct 2027, when it will be reviewed.
Consultancy opportunities of any value
If you offer a consultancy service many of our live opportunities are published using the NEPRO Solution on the Bloom website. You need to register with Bloom to bid for these opportunities.
