I’ve lost my bus pass, what should I do?
If you think you have lost your pass whilst using public transport, contact the appropriate bus operator.
If the operator has not found your pass, please use our online form to report a loss, theft or damage.
Bus pass - replace due to loss, theft or damage
There is an administrative charge of £5 for the replacement pass.
If your pass was stolen and you can provide a crime reference number, this charge will not apply.
