If you are worried about someone being abused or neglected, please contact the Integrated Single Point of Access (iSPA). You can contact the iSPA Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5pm and Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.

You can report very serious abuse and neglect to Cleveland Police by calling 101 or 999 in an emergency.
