4. Young persons views and wishes
4.1 The Housing Advice Team, Children’s Hub, The Leaving Care Team and Through Care Team will ensure that during their involvement with a young person, priority will be given to the young person’s wishes and feelings and these will be recorded on the appropriate assessment tool (e.g. Homelessness Assessment/Safer Referral Tool), being utilised in line with the young persons’ circumstances (see next pages).
