9.1 The effectiveness of this joint working protocol relies on the sharing of information between agencies. It is crucial that proportionate and appropriate information is shared in the interests of securing the best outcome for the young person and any information shared is kept securely at all times. The Tees ‘Information Sharing Guidance’ remains the foundation on which this protocol operates.
