Emerging local plan
The Council are embarking upon preparing a local plan, that will, once adopted, replace the 2018 Hartlepool Local Plan.
The local plan will outline the long-term vision, framework and policies for land use and development on all matters except for minerals and waste. The plan will help guide future development and decisions on planning applications.
