Energy support in Hartlepool
If you're struggling with your energy bills, there is help available both nationally and locally.
What to do first
Contact your energy supplier as soon as possible. They must work with you to find a solution. Ask about the Priority Services Register, which offers extra help for vulnerable customers.
If you’re unsure who your energy supplier is, visit the Energy Networks Association website to find out.
