The most accurate and granular data on qualification and employment levels is currently Census data which is not regular enough to understand trends (10 years). Annual Population Survey figures have too many sampling errors to gather meaningful insights.
Additionally, an assessment of the employment and qualifications levels of residents and what barriers to employment they face is an additional needs assessment that is required.
